MODEL 505-SS FERMENTATION CABINET, 12 DOOR

  • Temperature and humidity controlled fermentation cabinet suitable for laboratory proofing of bread doughs.
  • Unique, multi-door (12 total) design spaced over four levels, minimizes the large outflows of internal conditioned air common with most 1 or 2 door environmental cabinet designs.
  • Internal, adjustable louvers at each working level permits individual air flow regulation at each level.
  • The see-through glass doors allow for easy visual inspection of internal contents without opening the door.
  • The top level (3 doors) is reserved for heating elements, the humidity generator, and the air circulation fan. The lower 3 levels (9 doors) are the normal “working” areas of the cabinet.
  • The adjustable Humidity Controller allows regulation of the relative humidity between 20% and 90% RH.
  • A thermostat-type heat control provides an adjustable temperature range up to 150°F (66°C).
  • Welded steel frame, completely insulated, with stainless steel interior and exterior surfaces for lasting durability.
  • Moisture drain tube supplied on the bottom of the cabinet provides for easy removal of unwanted condensation.
  • The user must specify the voltage and the frequency (HZ) when ordering.
  • Fermentation support stand (optional) 21″ (533mm) H, welded, heavy duty steel frame with gray enamel finish.
